About the position:
As an assistant planner, you will work under the responsibility of our experienced planners.
You will receive internal and practical training as a planner.
As an assistant planner for cranes/transport, you and the planners are the key link between our customers, operators, and the equipment.
You ensure that the crane trucks, transport equipment, and operators are in the right place at the right time. You maintain an overview, even when the schedule suddenly changes. You will work from our office in Nederweert and communicate daily with internal departments, customers, and drivers.
What will you do?
Schedule lifting jobs, transport orders, and industrial relocation projects.
You are the point of contact for customers, drivers, and clients.
Coordinating the availability of equipment, personnel, and the necessary permits and exemptions.
Coordinating the daily planning of our crane and transport equipment.
Function demands
- MBO+ or HBO (intermediate vocational education) work and thinking level, preferably in logistics or technology.
- Stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and a strong communicator.
- Knowledge of MS Office and planning software.
- Administrative processing of orders in our planning system.
- A good command of Dutch, English, and/or German is a plus.
