About the position:
As a roofer for our client in Neer, you are the expert at great heights. You work on both private homes and larger projects. Your day is never the same: one day you lay tight tiles on a sloping roof, the next day you burn bituminous roofing on a flat roof.
What are you going to do?
- Sloping roofs: Removing old tiles, installing insulation, battens and laying new roof tiles.
- Flat roofs: Application of bituminous or plastic roof covering, including insulation and edge finishing (roof trimming).
- Maintenance & Repair: Detecting and repairing leaks and carrying out renovation work.
- Zinc work: If necessary, repair or install gutters and downspouts.
Function demands
- You have demonstrable experience with both sloping and flat roofs.
- You are a go-getter, work accurately and love the outdoors.
- In possession of a driving license B (BE is an advantage).
- In possession of the VCA certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Preferably living in (near) Neer.

- A good salary in accordance with the BIKUDAK collective labor agreement, depending on your experience (on average between € 2,700 and € 3,900 gross per month).
