Experienced Shovel Operator

We are looking for an experienced shovel operator in the recycling industry for their Maastricht branch. The work will take place in two shifts, and during the busy summer months, they will even switch to three shifts. This is a long-term position with a serious chance of a permanent position with our client.

You will inspect and maintain the machines daily and report on their use, maintenance status, fuel consumption, and malfunctions. You are available to carry out various projects and, if necessary, perform some operator tasks. You are occasionally available to work on Saturdays.

Function demands

• You have completed a pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO)
• You have a VCA (Safety, Health and Environment Checklist Contractors) certificate
• You have completed specific machine-specific training courses
• You have extensive experience operating a shovel
